Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their Booktroz subscription in accordance with the applicable subscription plan and billing terms. Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following subscription period.

2. Cancellation Effective Date

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable subscription agreement, cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current paid subscription period. Customers may continue to access eligible platform features until the end of the applicable billing period.

3. Setup & Customization Services

Setup, branding, configuration, customization, deployment, integration, migration, and other professional services may be subject to separate terms. Once work on these services has started, fees for completed work and approved non-recoverable costs may not be refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may be non-refundable once they have been initiated, including custom development, branding implementation, configuration, third-party integrations, data migration, technical setup, and other services specifically identified as non-refundable in the applicable proposal, order, or agreement.

5. Third-Party Services

Booktroz may integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, messaging services, communication platforms, hosting providers, domain providers, or other external services. Fees paid to third-party providers may be subject to their own cancellation and refund policies and may not be refundable through Booktroz.

6. Account Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of their Booktroz account or subscription. Before cancellation, customers should ensure that they have exported or retained any information and business data they are entitled to keep, where applicable.

7. Data & Account Access After Cancellation

Following cancellation or termination, access to the Booktroz platform may be disabled in accordance with the applicable agreement. Data retention, deletion, and access procedures are subject to our Privacy Policy, applicable agreements, and legal requirements.

8. Service Suspension or Termination

Booktroz reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account or service where permitted under the applicable Terms & Conditions, including cases involving non-payment, misuse of the platform, security risks, unlawful activities, or material violations of applicable terms.

9. Outstanding Payments

Cancellation of a subscription or service does not remove the customer's responsibility for outstanding invoices, completed services, approved charges, or other amounts that became payable before the effective cancellation date.
